Google has released beta version 2.1 of Android 12

As you probably know, the public beta version of Android 12 is finally available to all users after a few months of exclusive release for developers. Now Google has released beta version 2.1 of this operating system. This version includes minor changes and is more related to fixing bugs in the beta version of Android 2.

One of the problems that was fixed in the beta version of Android 12.1 is related to a case that prevents users from accessing the features of the phone lock screen, such as swiping down to display notifications or swiping to unlock the device. The next problem was the lack of calendar and weather information in the home screen widgets, which has been fixed. On the other hand, users encountered problems when using the gesture navigation to display the latest running applications, which fortunately has been resolved.

Another bug that has been fixed in beta 2.1 of Android 12 is related to the microphone and camera license screens, which sometimes disappeared completely from the phone screen. Most importantly, it was a problem that caused users to get stuck on the operating system wizard screen after installing the beta version of Android 12. The latest bug that Google has fixed in the new version of Android 12 is related to Android Emulator, which had problems running.

Version 2.1 of Android 12 has version number SPB2.210513.011 and can only be installed by those who have beta version 2 of Android 12 on their device. If you have a Google Pixel phone and want to try out the beta version of Android, you can register your handset in the “Android Beta for Pixel” app and wait for new updates.
